St Johns Church (C of I) Tralee, commissioned Neiland Organ Builders of Wexford, under the direction of Mr. Gary Creane and Paul Neiland, to undertake a major restoration on the very large 3 manual pipe organ at our Church. From the outset, we found them to be very professional in all their dealings.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they met their targets on time. Throughout the restoration work, we were kept up to date with the progress of the work, and the work was finished on time. We are very impressed with the restored organ.
Upon their recommendation, we decided to undertake further work and re-stencil the front façade pipes of the instrument. Their recommendation proved to be correct and the re-stencilled front facade pipes have proved very effective and enhanced the overall look of the organ beyond all recognition.
All in all, we feel that Neiland Organs of Wexford are a highly recommendable, trustworthy and very competent firm, who carry out superb organ restoration work.
And we as a Church are only too pleased to recommend them to other Churches who may be considering such work.
Mr. Alfie Boyle (Organ Restoration Project Manager – St. Johns Church, Tralee)
